Hei, my name is Nyte and I am a Norwegian hobby artist who primarily dabbles in Macabre, Light Gore, and Horror themes. The Process + Order Form
• Please ensure to read my TOS thoroughly for it explains what I accept in art requests as well as what to provide within the form you send in.• Fill out the google form below of what you wish to commission.• You will then receive an email or discord message (depending on preference) from me within a few days confirming or rejecting your request.• If you are approved I will begin discussing the details of the piece with you and going over it, ensuring I don't miss anything crucial.• Once the art piece begins, I will send you updates on the stages of the art and get your feedback.• After the piece is finished I will be giving you the HD photo version and get consent from you to post it to my Tumblr, Blusky, and Kofi.

Terms of Service
• You must be 18+ to purchase a commission, YCH, or anything from my ko-fi shop. Minors will be denied from doing business with me.• All commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only and may not be used for profit or commercial purposes without prior agreement.• My creations are NOT FOR NFTs, blockchains, and Crypto.• I absolutely DO NOT condone the usage of my art for AI or AI training. Usage of my art for AI will result in an immediate blacklist and I will be refusing any further commissions from you.• You are not allowed to do the following: claim my work as yours, upload my art to social media sites without my explicit consent, trace my art, and remove my signature.• I will allow up to (3) simple revisions free of charge. Anything beyond the (3) will come at an extra cost. If your revisions are complex and change a major part of the piece, then additional payment will be discussed. To avoid costing anyone more time or money than necessary, please review the piece and determine if you need any changes. If you do need changes, then please describe them in detail and we can then determine if extra complexity fees need to be added.• Payment Methods will be discussed once I review your commission form and reach out to you about the piece. DO NOT Send money to my ko-fi with a commmission request unless I specifically have a listing available. Though not mandatory, you are allowed to send tips to my Ko-fi if you fancy.• We are both under acknowledgement that the following is kept in confidentiality and is to not be exposed to the public or fellow peers without prior written consent from the owner of this confidential information: Personal, Technical, and Payment, including but not limited to business info / market plans. If you are found exposing such you will be banned from conducting further business with me.• You are more than welcome to ask me questions about anything in regards to my TOS, Whats allowed / not allowed for drawing, if you need further explanation on things, questions are greatly encouraged.
Commission Requirements
Character Refs
• Flat coloured reference (If you are using screenshots from WOW/FFXIV please make sure the lighting is neutral)
• screenshots of the front, sides, and back
• No shaders / filters on the references please, I wish to captivate your designs as accurately as possible
• Please inform me and provide refs if there are additional facial / body detailing such as scars, markings / tattoos / birthmarks etcOutfits
• Clear photos of the outfit you would like, whether this be in game or irl outfits (if in game please follow the above instructions)Poses & Expressions
• Photo references of what desired pose and expression you would like, I do accept descriptions on what you are looking for however, visual references help me the best

The comm form only allows up to 10 photos of references, but if you have more you are welcome to send them to me via preferred contact method you choose when we discuss the piece.
Turnaround
Please understand that I am a slow artist and depending on complexity of the commission my turnaround time can be between Two Weeks - Two months, sometimes longer.On the off chance that it takes me longer than two months, this will immediately be communicated to the client.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if I’ve yet to pass the approved sketch phase. If your piece has already had progress made to it such as lineart/colouring a partial refund will be given based on what has already been done and you will receive the product as it was last worked on.Depending on circumstance and IRL on my end, there is a possiblity where I will go to you asking if you are interested in a refund if I feel like I genuinely cannot complete your piece due to life happenings (this is a tad more rare but it has happened in the past).You are NOT allowed to take the ‘unfinished’ / ‘refunded’ version to other artists or AI for them/it to complete, if I find you have done this it will result in an immediate blacklist and you will no longer be able to do business with me.
